Project objective: Improve effectiveness of the State Customs Inspection
Ideal activity model was developed which presumed improvement of customs regulation in the field of trade, economic relations, and customs control, namely:
- Simplification of customs procedures
- Provision of comprehensive information on participants of foreign economic activities
- Efficient implementation of customs regimes
Algorithm for operation of customs offices was developed with inclusion of detailed description of cash flows, informational flows, freight movement, and cross procedures.

- Incoming and outgoing informational flows
- Algorithm of business processes on different levels
- Method of levying customs duties, defining participants of foreign economic activities rules and methods of their interaction with SCI
