Project Description:
Assessment of candidates for position of shop directors from among staff of the company. Unique methodologies, developed by the Center of Training and Consulting, were applied. Assessment covered such aspects as knowledge level, adaptation skills, flexibility, etc.
As a result of the project our consultants developed reports for every assessed candidate and recommended positions and tasks, including the recommended Shop Director.
