Project Description:
The project included 3 blocks:
BLOCK 1. Development of organizational manual (the manual describes all processes and standards of organizational work and provides guidelines for staff actions). The manual was translated into Kyrgyz.
BLOCK 2. Training and consulting of staff and management team (methodology and programs were developed and following trainings conducted:
§ Marketing of micro-finance services
§ Accounting and audit in micro-finance organizations
§ Credit operations in micro-financing
§ Leasing and relevant legislation in KR. Benefits for micro-financing system
§ How to elaborate a business-plan
§ Financial management
§ Credit risk and portfolio management
§ Cash flow analysis and prognosis
BLOK 3. Evaluation of micro-finance system and development of recommendations for future activity and development.
Description of actual services:
- Developed a manual (organizational guidelines);
- Developed training programs;
- Conducted training courses;
- Provided logistical support;
- Provided consultations to participants during training process;
- Evaluated organizational potential for future growth.
