Interim Management of Human Resource Department

Description of project:

In the course of the project our consultant led the Human Resource (HR) Department of Bitel company in development of human resource management policy, system, concept paper and program.  Consultants helped to develop: personnel assessment system; system for selection and hiring, adaptation, appraisal, personnel reward system, personnel development program. New human resource manager was trained. Project resulted in development of Bitel’s HR policy and increased effectiveness of human resource management system.

 

Description of actual services:

  • Elaboration of human resource policy, system, concept paper, strategy, and program.
  • Elaboration of systems and documents for: personnel assessment; selection and hiring of staff, adaptation, motivation, appraisal, and personnel development.

A new Human Resource Manager was trained.
