Interim Management of Human Resource Department in the Production Company

Project Description:
Consultants of the Center of Training and Consulting led the HR department of SHORO Company in working out HR policy, system, concept, strategy, and program.  We helped the Company elaborate staff evaluation procedures, hiring policy and system, system of staff adaptation, evaluation, reward, and staff development. The project also included coaching of the HR Director of the Company. The results of the project are: intensive development of the company and high level standardization of HR procedures.
