Project Description:

Using unique method, developed by CTC specialists, our consultants carried out comprehensive assessment of candidates for various positions.  Candidates were university students based in Bishkek. Assessment covered: 1) knowledge level  2) adaptability to new conditions 3) flexibility, and 4) creative thinking. Most suitable candidates were trained in specific fields.

 

As a result of assessment a strong team of young people from all universities of Bishkek was formed. Of 964 candidates only 34 finalists made it through all tests.  That number of young promising people was required by the client company.  Candidates passed four levels of assessment developed by CTC consultants: a) Personnel Assessment Centre b) School of Real Manager (training program), c) internship in client company, and d)  development of business project for client company.

 

This method of personnel assessment created an explosion in stereotypical approach to hiring in the business sector.  The management of the Client company was highly satisfied with the project outcome – a team of new generation managers.
