Project description

The program was meant to train staff of Subscribers Department and Call Center in retail sales of telecommunication services and effective customer service.

 

Preliminary evaluation of employees’ performance served as a basis for development of the training course on “Effective customer service and telephone communications”, which helped to formulate definite rules and standards of customer service.

 

15 persons were trained.
