The training was commission to structure existing knowledge on sales, and offer the Client new knowledge and skills to improve sales.
Participants learned:
- HOW to carry out client communication process more effectively
- HOW to understand client’s mental state by non-verbal communication
- HOW to apply active listening techniques
- HOW to ask direct and indirect questions to reveal client’s needs
- HOW to build product presentation on benefits for the client
- HOW to choose negotiation strategy depending on the type of client
- HOW to correctly respond to criticism
- HOW to deal with difficult clients
- HOW to end a visit
