Project description:

The training was commission to structure existing knowledge on sales, and offer the Client new knowledge and skills to improve sales.

  • HOW to carry out client communication process more effectively
  • HOW to understand client’s mental state by non-verbal communication
  • HOW to apply active listening techniques
  • HOW to ask direct and indirect questions to reveal client’s needs
  • HOW to build product presentation on benefits for the client
  • HOW to choose negotiation strategy depending on the type of client
  • HOW to correctly respond to criticism
  • HOW to deal with difficult clients
  • HOW to end a visit
