Project description: The training was aimed at developing sales and management skills. Company staff from all regions of the

- Management of regional sales departments.
Using Client’s product range CTC trainers showed ways of motivating purchases by end customers. Use of video materials helped participants analyze their mistakes in dealing with customers. Training methodology included practical role-plays and case studies.
