The purpose of the project was to 1) strengthen the capacity of school administration and other officials of regional education departments in budget planning and financial management for schools, and 2) strengthen managerial potential of school officials for further development of educational services in the
The project helped to develop programs and methods of training, assessment of participant’s knowledge. Our company consulted participants on various practical issues and used cases from their everyday practice as discussion points.
The training covered fifty school directors (principals) and manager from Dzheti-Oguz district of Issyk-Kul region, as well as representatives of regional and oblast educational administrations, regional financial departments and local administrations and senior staff of the Ministry of Education, managers of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education.
