Project Description:
Program objectives – development of managerial skills and competence, development of client-oriented standards and system, training team of managers for further organizational development and transition.

Interviewing, diagnosis, and personnel assessments were implemented at the preliminary stage of the project. The Center for Training and Consulting developed training methodology, handouts and training program for the managers.

                                  

The themes of trainings included:

§         Client orientation and extra-class service

§         Personnel development

§         Management skills

§         Leadership and team-building

In the end of the program a corporate conference was organized to summarize final results of the project. The following step after the project was development of effective management system and other management skills.
