Manager Development Program

Project Description:
The aim of the program was to develop managerial skills and competencies of top and middle managers, improve relations and communication within the company.

 

Trainers of our company participated in ToT program in Wimm -Bill-Dann Corporative University in Moscow.  We provided several trainings on different levels for different groups  in Bishkek and Almaty for middle management staff of Wimm-Bill-Dann. The themes of training included:

1.      Business Communication

2.      Individual Effectiveness

3.      Basic Management Skills

4.      Leadership and Team-building

 

Assessment and evaluation of training outcomes were carried out, participants’ individual skills profiles were drawn up, recommendations were provided for further development of middle management staff.
